Well known and reputable firm are now looking to appoint a residential head of conveyancing with previous supervisory experience to hit the ground running and pick up a busy caseload of sales and purchase matters.

You must have the ability to manage client expectations and be comfortable dealing with the future renewal of CQS.

This is a great opportunity for a "safe pair of hands". The team are experienced but none of the existing team were wishing to take on the head of department role. This means you will have a reliable team to inherit , who are happy to be directed and there is a collegiate atmosphere in the team. There is excellent secretarial support available, a modern case management system to work with and defined structures and budgets.

A Legal Executive with managerial experience would also be considered. The important thing is that as a Legal Executive you would still feel confident managing Solicitors.

The firm have long standing clients and don't rely on any referrers. They area trusted name in the marketplace and it certainly is not a conveyancing factory. It is a quality service that is given to their client base.
