We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager working for Europe’s leading pallet manufacturer and one of the leading pallet rental businesses in Europe. You will be responsible for excellent customer service and looking after their key accounts.
This is a 12 month fixed term position with a salary of £21,000. You will be working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm and the company offers fantastic benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank, free parking and private health care including optical and dental and fully inclusive staff parties.
Reporting to the Commercial Services Team Leader this role operates within the commercial team. It requires someone who can be customer focussed, with the ability to forge good working relationships and solve complex problems through data analysis, negotiation and co-operation with others in the business.
Main duties for Commercial Account Advisor:
Managing key customer accounts
Reconciliation of data following stock counts
Maintenance of contracts price increases
Reporting via Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis
Computer literate in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience with working to deadlines
