Full-time position, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
This post requires the successful applicant to have knowledge of the
EYFS and have experience of implementing this in a private day nursery
environment. Applicants should show strong leadership skills and
should be able to demonstrate a clear desire to support their team and
the children in their care to flourish and achieve the fullest of
their potential.
Applicants must be able to work unsupervised, lead and motivate a
team, and possess good organisational skills. They must also hold a
minimum of a level three recognised childcare qualification.
Further to this applicants should be able to communicate effectively
with children and adults, be flexible, caring, have a sense humour, be
patient, appreciate, respect and celebrate diversity, be
self-confident and self-motivated, passionate and dedicated,
approachable, imaginative and creative, respect management structure,
have a professional and positive attitude, show maturity in their
work, be a good team worker, have the ability to work under their own
initiative, and have a positive and proactive attitude towards
continuous professional development.

This post involves working with children and is therefore exempt from
the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You are therefore required

disclosure. The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) helps employers
