Rexel UK Ltd are looking to appoint a Reward & Benefits Assistant on a fixed term basis initially for 3 months to provide administration and analytical support in relation to the company’s Reward and Benefits (including Pension) programmes.


The Role:

Reward & Benefits

·Assist in the preparation and submission of data to annual salary surveys.

·Benefit administration – support Reward Manager and Head of Reward to ensure delivery of all Reward & Benefit programmes including monthly updates to the employee benefits platform and processing CycletoWork applications

·Handle 1st stage day to day Reward & Benefit queries from employees and third-party providers, escalating where appropriate and maintaining the query tracker.

·Processing and filing of all Reward & Benefit invoices

·Share schemes – handle 1st stage queries escalating where appropriate.Add to and maintain the query tracker.

·Assist the Reward Manager in administering the Guaranteed Bonus process.

Pensions

·Assist the Head of Reward in performing Secretary to the Trustees role. Including arranging meetings, preparation of agendas and typing of minutes.

·Handle 1st stage day to day queries from internal customers and third-party providers, escalating where appropriate and maintaining the query tracker.

Other

·Adhoc reporting and analysis as required

·Undertake projects as determined by Head of Reward


The Person:

·Previous experience of compensation, benefits and pensions administration work

·Familiar with running reports, complex analysis and manipulation of reward data.

·Previous experience of administering employee benefit programmes.

·IT Literate

·MS Office: Excel (including vlookup, macros and pivot tables), Word (including mail merge, macros) Power point, Visio

·Excellent customer service approach
