Job role: Office Administrator / Team Secretary

Salary: £20,000-£23,000

Job Type: Permanent

Hours of work: 09:00-17:30

Location: Birmingham

We currently seek to recruit an Office Administrator and Team Secretary for a Property Consultancy company based in Birmingham City Centre.

The key responsibilities of an Office Administrator:

  • Carrying out general administrative duties
  • Managing reports
  • Audio typing
  • Updating the company website
  • Creating bids and documents
  • Processing invoices
  • Organising and attending events

The successful Office Administrator will posses the following skills:

  • Proficient user of Microsoft based programmes, including PowerPoint
  • Be creative and able to use own initiative
  • Ability to prepare documents within required deadlines
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Be able to prioritise and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working in a corporate environment would be an advantage but is not essential
