A fantastic and forward-thinking international business based near the airport is looking for a proactive individual for a sales support role within their fast-paced office. This role will require you to work within an autonomous environment whilst working towards team KPIs and reporting into different relevant departments in order to ensure consistency across the function. You will be required to carry out the following tasks:

  • Management of client portfolio dealing with all requests for renewals and advising on products

  • Expert production of quotes, information sheets and documents at the request of the client in a timely and efficient manner

  • Utilise database systems and tracking documents in order monitor the status of all client relationships

  • Understanding and implementation of the end to end renewals process whilst in liaison with the finance team to ensure all compliance and financial documents are completed and processed

  • Awareness of any queries and ends of contract in order to pass on to the relevant individuals

You will ideally possess experience of a B2B role and feel confident in you ability to upsell and manage professional relationships. There is parking on site and you must have access to your own transportation in order to access this location.
