Sales Executive - New Build Homes
A well-known Construction company have a requirement for an experienced Sales Executive to join their New Homes division on a new development based in Worcester.
My client are a leading construction, services and property group specialising in Building and Civil Engineering and Private and Affordable Housing. The company sets high standards of excellence, so recruiting and retaining the right people is paramount.
The company are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for a large flagship development based in Worcester offering 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom new homes. The development will be made built in several phases providing approx. 1000+ new homes in the area with the first phase will start with 55 new homes.
As a Sales Executive you will manage and sell new homes working with customers and external parties to ensure a smooth transition throughout the home buying process.
Duties will include:
" Managing administration on site whilst maintaining the highest standard of health and safety
" Ensuring show homes are presented to the highest quality and escalating any issues to the appropriate Manager
" Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process
" Promote and provide for the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines
" Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames
" Ensure that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets
" Proactively search for target customers and create appointments and follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met
" Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy
" Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual
Skills and experience required
" Proven track record in the sales of new build homes
" Proficient in sales techniques and conversant with all legal terminology used in the home buying process
" Clear and effective communicator in both verbal and written communication
" Good understanding of lenders and the financial aspects of purchasing a home
" Computer knowledge and driving licence are desirable
In return for your skills my client offer a competitive salary from £21-24 (dependant on experience) with commission scheme (average of £8k paid on exchange), 26 days holidays, plus additional company benefits. Working days week will be Thursday to Monday.
