Accounts Assistant

We are recruiting for Accounts Assistant in the Coleshill area.

As an Accounts Assistant you will need to have:

  • IT literate
  • Previous purchase ledger and subcontractor ledger experience would be desirable
  • Maths and English GCSE's at Grade C or above (Or equivalent)
  • Good communication skills


  • Salary: £23k per annum
  • Working Hours:5 hours per week Monday-Friday
  • Location: Coleshill
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of an Accounts Assistant:

  • Take ownership of the overheads ledger
  • Register and distribute post
  • Create supplier and subcontractor ledger accounts where required
  • Monitor email account
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Communicate with external suppliers
  • Weekly cheque requisitions
  • Send incoming cheque payments to the bank
  • Assisting with the monthly expenses
