This role will include but is not limited to:

? Meet all H&S applicable requirements
? To provide Leadership in maintaining plant production capacity
? Improvement in plant reliability
? Promoting best working practices across shifts
? Effective planning & training of resources
? Maximize and sustain plant production levels
? Detailed root cause analysis to ensure Plant reliability
? Timely reactive maintenance response as and when required
? Ensure efficient operation of plant and minimize down time
? Assist operators and other maintenance team members with troubleshooting / setup
? Provide operator and maintenance training to maximize multi skilling
? Control equipment usage/cost to required standard
? Assist quality control of product via equipment set up
? H&SE KPI compliance across maintenance personnel
? Reduction in Mean Time To Repair
? Improvement in Mean Time Between Failure
? Reduction in Breakdowns & Stoppages
? Implementation of Preventative maintenance routines as directed (reduction in Reactive work)
? Consistent delivery of production targets
? Maintenance process control and compliance
? Achieve budgeted operational performance with team

Job Requirements:

? Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to be flexible and to take on and learn new tasks.
? Confident, assertive and polite individual capable of building good working relationships with staff.
? Attention to detail.
? Must be able to use initiative and work with and without work instruction.
