Your new role
Your new temporary job will be joining a small administrative team as a Band 4 Medical Secretary. Typical duties will include audio typing, dealing with patient enquiries, booking appointments and taking inbound calls. You will be required to update spreadsheets, manage emails and keep an up to date filing system.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this temporary job you will need to have experience working as a Medical Secretary at Band 4 level which includes audio typing. You should have very strong word processing skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will be an important part of a small team of administrative staff very high interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as a strong work ethic.
