Commis Chef within the kitchen of a 4* Hotel
Part of a large established Hotel Chain.
Preparing food ranging from light snacks and refreshments to breakfast & standard meals and working alongside chefs to provide food for the restaurant in the 4* Hotel and preparation of food for banqueting and conferencing, weddings etc.
Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen
Maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas at all times
Ensuring that the kitchen is running effectively and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards
Working in a fast paced kitchen and work to set meal and portion plans
Must have knowledge of ingredients and creativity skills
Ideally you will have experience within a hotel, restaurant, banqueting, contract catering, cruise liner or similar environment

Salary £15,000 - £15,600
