An exciting corporate business based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a Design Coordinator to produce client pitches, manage the document design and assist in graphic editing with a creative and professional appraoch!

This hands-on role will primarily involve:

  • Implementing the design of document covers and formatting presentations to immaculate standard

  • Designing graphics for the website, pitches, invitations and publications

  • Providing advice regarding photographs and editing as appropriate

  • Assisting with leaflets and brochures

  • Overseeing the production process from start to finish

  • Printing, binding and general administration duties when necessary

  • Supporting the PA with ad hoc tasks

The successful Design Coordinator will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Preferably a portfolio of work to demonstrate design skills

  • Ideally, good working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)

  • IT literate and confidence using MS Office

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Positive and proactive approach
