Hamlin Knight is currently for an experienced Customer Service Advisor on a temp - perm basis to join a leading distribution company based in Coventry.

Day of work are between Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week 09.00am - 18.00pm 40 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities are,

*Handle customers calls day to day needs in a professional and courteous way

*Ensure that customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible to the customer's satisfaction liaising via the appropriate channels.

*Escalation of issues to other departments or personnel as required.

*Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls, as necessary to communicate with customers (and others). Handle email and fax enquiries as directed.

*Work together as a team to achieve agreed Key Performance indicators.

*Assist local management drive up the penetration of automated services with both new and existing customers

*Develop any business opportunity within abilities and authorisation.

*Deploy management plan as agreed with the customer.

*Report any issues or concerns in a timely manner if discovered.
