Do you have outstanding IT and customer service skills?
Are you highly analytical, with a passion for problem solving and are looking to work in a dynamic, progressive business?
We have a brand new opportunity for an inquisitive Quality Assurance Administrator to join a national organisation based in Worcester.
Working as part of a busy workforce management team, you will enjoy learning in a fast paced environment and be excited to gain a great insight into the world of data development. You will liaise with internal technicians about the latest changes to newly developed software, acting as an end-user tester to raise any queries or problems with new systems. Identifying problems and communicating these will be vital to your success as an Assurance Administrator. Outstanding relationship management will see you having regular conversations with the client services team, keeping them up to date with software updates and improvements.
On a day to day basis you will be reporting to colleagues with your ideas to improve the user experience for a range of bespoke systems for an array of clients. You will be focused on quality in all you do, alongside an ability to coordinate, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks to strict client deadlines. Fine-tuning the systems processes and ensuring they are client-ready will see you updating user training manuals and informing the relevant departments of any changes.
Crucially, you will have 2 years experience in a similar role and will preferably be of graduate calibre with an analytical subject, such as computer science, maths or similar. A genuine interest in IT, an outstanding work ethic and an attention to detail will be essential. You will be systematic in your approach to problem solving, have an inquisitive and curious nature, as well as the ability to communicate any issues and updates to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In return you will receive an excellent salary and the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding national consultancy that offers excellent opportunities for personal development and real career progression for all their staff.
SimkissGuy Recruitment is acting as a recruitment agency for the purpose of this vacancy. We are an equal opportunities employer who welcomes applications from all. We will be in touch within 3 working days if we would like to discuss your CV and experience further. If you do not hear from us within that time then you have unfortunately been unsuccessful in your application for this particular vacancy. We would welcome further applications from you for roles that may be more suited to your skills and experience.
