Projects are varied and include hotels and other leisure sector projects, industrial and commercial projects as well as many others. They believe successful project management is about taking overall responsibility and leadership and they take time to work with the client from the earliest stages to develop the brief and ensure they are completely aligned with the client. You will have the opportunity to learn these leadership skills along with gaining strong technical construction knowledge, experience in various procurement methods and construction contracts.
We're looking for at least 1-2 years Construction Project Management experience and a relevant qualification at degree level or equivalent in a Construction related discipline. You must also be locally based and able to travel, with a full driving license.
