About us

Central and East Northamptonshire Citizens Advice is an independent local charity committed to helping people find their way forward and overcome the problems they face. We do this by providing free, confidential advice, and by campaigning to make society fairer for everyone.

The organisation has expanded considerably in the last few and now employs over 40 people in a mixture of full and part time positions, working alongside almost 100 volunteers.

The role

We now wish to appoint to a key role, supporting the provision and development of services in rural parts of Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the advice sector, or exceptionally we may consider candidates with experience of welfare benefits and debt matters, acquired in other sectors. In either case, experience of service development, supporting and developing volunteers and partnership development are key requirements.
