Expert, honest, and great at building rapport, you’ll make sure our customers feel cared for - whether calling members to win them back, updating their cover or solving problems when they have a crisis. No matter where we work, we’re 'Always On Patrol’, ready to assist members round the clock. Sales performance matters, too. We’ll expect you to sell memberships to warm prospects, so people can be sure to benefit from our unrivalled service.

- Ideally 5 GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent.
- Excellent communication.
- Previous contact centre experience (desirable but not essential).
