SF Group are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have the passion and drive to enable them to resource high quality candidates for our clients. You will work along side specialist 360 Consultants operating in the placement of Permanent, Contract and Fixed Term Professionals across the West Midlands.

- Source candidates for vacancies from online job boards and relevant social media platforms
- Be able to identify skills and attributes to match appropriately with current and future vacancies
- Regular database cleansing
- Profiling projects on our market leading CRM System
- Calling candidates and administering their job search criteria onto the database
- Discuss in detail, when appropriate, a candidates suitability for a role with our consultants
- Attaining written and verbal references for candidates
- Adhoc and compliance related duties
