You would be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people’s lives by delivering care to them in their own homes. We are actively looking for interested people who want to be a part of this and who want to make a difference to our customers’ lives.

You don’t need care experience to apply – you will receive our industry-leading training followed by full support as you continue your career with Allied. What you do need is a positive attitude towards care and helping others as well as the means to do a daily route covering 15 miles, whether by motor bike or car.
We have a number of shifts available, ranging from 16-40 hours per week throughout the Stafford, Stoke, Birches Head, Sneyd Green, Blurton, Hanley, Stone, Great Haywood area with pay up to £8.97 per hour. Paying 15p per mile. We offer our carers guaranteed shifts or flexible shifts – it’s up to you!

Rates are inclusive of holiday pay and any mileage where applicable. The maximum hourly rate is the top rate a carer is paid in branch depending on the type of work and shift time.
