Sales Administrator required for our client based in Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for a portfolio of major national retail clients. Duties will include liaising with clients in a professional manner, taking down orders accurately, dispatch of goods and updating records accurately on in house computer system to ensure stock levels remain constant.

The job involves identifying and talking with both new and existing customers, following up sales leads, generating and logging quotes, following up on quotes, dealing with suppliers, helping to develop our marketing and sales customer base.

My client is looking for an experienced sales administrator with excellent customer service and sales skills.

Requirements
* Sales Experience an advantage
* Self Motivated
* Energetic
* Experienced with Microsoft Office and its applications
* Good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
* Be able to provide existing and potential customers with product information
* Process and supply any certificates required by customers
* Compile quotations
* Process orders onto our in house system (training will be given on this)
* Co-ordinate deliveries
* To deal with after sales problems
* Need to be car owner as travel to other sites required occasionally

Working hours: 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday (40 Hours) and work bank holidays as normal.

Salary: c£20,000 per annum
