Working within the University of Law’s Planning & Compliance team you will be responsible for assisting with the successful planning, asset monitoring, progress chasing, proofing & delivery of learning materials and assessments for the University.
You will be integral in supporting the creation and maintenance of learning material and assessment schedules and other production support activities. Involved throughout the production process, you will be required to ensure deadlines are monitored and recorded, assist with assessment proofing, deliver materials to the University VLE (Virtual Learning Environment and perform other administrative support activities.
Communication is crucial to success within the role, as you will be required to liaise with a variety of stakeholders such as course designers and the VLE Team in order to monitor deadlines.
For this role, you will ideally have experience of working within a production, delivery or fulfilment environment. You will have proficient I.T skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to maintain processes and meet deadlines. A logical and structured approach to work accompanied by an acute attention to detail is crucial as is the ability to liaise with a variety of people and influence their working practices.
