We're looking for someone with a great heart to come and work as a experienced Support Worker on part or full time contracts working in various locations in Derby.
We provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism. We support groups of people who live in their own homes as well as supporting people for a few hours a week. You will need to be able to get to different locations in and around Derby.

As well as supporting people with personal care, meal preparation and daily living skills you will be supporting people with their chosen outings such as pub meals, cinema, day trips and walks. You role will be to empower people to be more independent and to enable them to be part of their local community.
The individuals we support enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential. We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.
