Administrator - Telford
Salary: 18k - 20k dependant on experience
Our Telford based client is seeking an experienced, dedicated Administrator to join an expanding company, within a busy Trade Centre.
Working closely with the Branch Manager you will be responsible for the administration of the trade centre, working proactively with customers and the wider business.
It’s a small team within the trade centre so the duties will be varied and you will need to be flexible.
The main duties will include Answering the phone and engaging with customers, most of whom are from the building and construction industry
Follow up on customer enquiries and queries
Processing Customer Orders
Dealing with invoice queries
Filing and copying
Monitoring health and safety checks.
It is vitally important that all applicant have Strong Communication skills- Extremely well organised- Previous experience dealing with customer queries
