An innovative SaaS Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence company are at the beginning of building a new Customer Success team within the Technology side of the business.

We have an amazing opportunity for a Business Analyst with excellent data analysis skills. The role will be the first of its kind to be hired for in the Birmingham office meaning there will be huge scope for progression as the business continues to grow.

Following a successful acquisition, the company have seen huge growth in the last 12 months and are now working with a huge number of customers through the UK and Europe.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience working within a software or software as a service company.

You will be responsible for;

·Analysing data to support Head of Customer Success team

·Understanding customer problems and finding solutions by working with relevant departments within the business

·Provide functional assistance to customers and have a good understanding of all products and how the customers can get the best from those products

To apply for this role we are looking for someone with the following;

·Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business analyst role with a Software company

·Ability to analyse and synthesise data

·Knowledge of business process around customer life cycle

·Willingness to travel

·Good Business acumen

The role is paying £30,000 with a £2,500 yearly bonus (paid quarterly) with 25 days holiday and full benefits package.
