Fraud Detection Agent

Working as part of the Fraud Detection team you will be monitoring the credit card activity of existing customers, looking for any potential fraudulent behaviour taking place within their accounts. You will need to have a keen eye for detail and spot the key signs of fraud, whether that be a credit card being used in a foreign country, an exceptionally large transaction, or a buck in the trend for that account user, you will have to spot these signs at an early stage and through conversations with the card holder, ensure that the transactions are authorised.
-Previous experience in call centres is useful but not essential as is experience within a Fraud setting
-Exceptional levels of customer service is essential
-You must have a keen eye for detail
-You must be able to understand and analyse data
-You must be able to work well as part of a small, closely knit team
-Full time, permanent contract working 40 hours per week
-Working on a rota basis between 8am-9pm Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm Sat, 9am-6pm Sun (you will work five 8 hour shifts per week)
-On site fully subsidised canteen and breakout room
-Frequent dress-down days
