Multinational and award winning Legal Organisation would like to recruit Motor Fraud Fee Earners to join their growing team in Birmingham. The Counter Fraud unit within this business is made up of Partners and Fee Earners and is growing rapidly due to significant client wins. They are supported by a large intelligence team and have won multiple awards in their quest to be number one partner of choice to the Insurance Organisations.

This role will see you handle a mixture of pre-litigated and litigated claims, which include minimal impact cases, phantom passengers, contrived claims, semi-staged/staged and exaggerated claims and Organised Fraud. Depending on experience will depend on the complexity of your caseload, but you will also support partners and more experienced fee earners on larger fraud cases. You will liaise directly with clients, acting as a point of contact and demonstrating a sound level of knowledge.

Internally, you will ensure full compliance with SLA’s and internal protocols and demonstrate a high level of financial management of your own files. You will be expected to hit annual fee targets and hit 1440 chargeable hours per year. You will also demonstrate an awareness of the firms other services and support marketing and business development activity within the team.

To apply, you will be an experienced RTA Fee Earner, preferably with litigated experience within Personal Injury. You will have good knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and be a confident negotiator and communicator. Ideally you will have experience of Fraud, but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will also have the ability to work on your own initiative without close supervision.

If successful, you can expect a generous salary, along with benefits and the opportunity to work for an award winning and leading law practice. To discuss this opportunity in more detail, please contact Adrian Richards at Cavendish Maine.
