An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our prestigious client in Birmingham City Centre.
This busy and varied role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to the Contracts Manager and the department.
- Regular communication with internal and external contacts via telephone and in writing.
- Assisting with the co-ordination of new contracts and a range of support duties including arranging meetings, taking minutes and preparing appropriate documents.
- Ensuring the maintenance of accurate records within the department.
- Assisting with the setting up and running of efficient systems to support the Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate will have, strong communication skills and be able to work in a flexible and organised manner. It is essential that you are confident in using computer programmes such as Word and Excel. Previous administration experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 17.30pm.
