Leadership Development Manager / L&D Manager - (Leadership Development / Talent Manager / Talent Development)

Key Objectives:

·Work with senior stakeholders across the business to design, develop and deploy an integrated L&D Strategy.

·Identify and develop high performers at a senior level and develop learning plans

·Manage relationships with learning providers, review and analyze their efficiencies

·You will have ownership of processes, frameworks, tools and resources

·Managing leadership and capability projects

·Network with other comparable organizations, benchmark programmes against external programmes

Leadership Development Manager / L&D Manager (Leadership Development / Talent Manager / Talent Development)

Experience Required:

·Essential is experience of developing and delivering L&D activities in a large complex business – employee numbers in the 1000s.

·Able to work strategically and implement strategy

·You will have experience of leading on projects

·Strong experience of influencing senior level stakeholders

·You will be a thought leader who can bring new ideas to the business
