Temporary Facilities/Administration Manager required for short term cover at a Secondary School
Your new company
A secondary school in south Birmingham is looking for a temporary Facilities and Administration Manager. The role is to start towards the end of August and will be to cover till the October half term, possibly longer, for a planned staff absence. The role is Grade 5, Monday to Friday, 8.15 am - 4.15 pm and is all year round.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the school premises and and the school administration team. You will be overseeing contract management, building projects, the management of the school premises along with the school letting and budgets. You will also manage the school administration team and reception and support the school Business Manager with various projects.
What you'll need to succeed
you will need to have recent relevant experience managing buildings and staff with satisfactory references. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work with all members of staff at all levels. You will also hold an enhanced DBS.
