Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to expand your experience in HR?

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to cover a period of maternity leave. This 7 month full-time contract starting mid September 2017 will allow you to gain full and varied experience within a busy HR environment.

Playing a key role within a growing global business you will provide a professional and efficient HR administrative service to include the following:

• maintenance and administration of all employee contractual documentation and providing support on employee life cycle queries

• support with all recruitment and selection activities from placing job adverts to arranging interviews

• provide guidance and support to managers and staff on the application of the Company's HR's policies and procedures

Ideally you will have some experience within a HR administrative role and have a good understanding of current UK employment law. You will be working in a fast paced environment therefore the ability to be highly organised, working to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organisation. You will ideally be working towards, or have gained, a CIPD qualification, but this is not essential. Excellent ICT skills particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are also required.
