Here at 360 Solutions UK Ltd we are looking for a new key team member to join our sales and
marketing team. We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Business Development
Consultant to join our team.

If you come from a strong sales background and have a track record of over achieving targets then
we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer
acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a large number of
outbound calls per day, working with our existing customer portfolio to develop relationships,
generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

* Generation of new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls.
* Develop current customer accounts to cross sell additional products and services
* Work to monthly targets
* Mapping of market sector - identify key players and generate interest
* Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements:

* Proven inside sales experience
* Track record of over-achieving targets
* Strong phone presence and experience of high volume calls per day
* Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong listening and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
