A HR Manager is required to provide recruitment and Human Resources support for a Coventry based manufacturing organisation. The HR Manager role is a temporary assignment for just over 7 months and is paying up to GBP24.45 per hour for the following responsibilities:

- Create and own the deployment of the business unit/function plan for work place design
- Develop and deploy functional well being plans ensuring alignment to the company wide well being strategy and principles
- Deploy relevant and targeted equality, diversity and inclusion interventions, ensuring alignment to the company wide strategy and principles
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions deployed and strive for continuous improvement
- Act as the interface for performance champions and leadership in relation to the completion of the end to end annual performance management and objective setting cycle
- Manage annual process and budget
- Manage the budget, time line, resources for the interventions deployed
- Ensure there is alignment with the business unit/functional people strategy and the enterprise wide engagement strategy
- Support the HR BP and business unit/function with the creation and deployment of their engagement strategy within their respective area(s)

- Broad generalist HR experience
- Experience of developing and managing engagement and employee communications strategies
- Change management expertise
- Self-motivated
- Flexible on working in various locations
- Process driven
- Able to work in a team and independently
