We now have outstanding opportunities for individuals with previous warehouse experience and a hands on approach to join our high performing team as a Warehouse Operative, responsible for ensuring that all daily KPIs are achieved and exceeded alongside the Warehouse Team. We are seeking individuals that have the drive/determination to potentially progress to a Team Leader position in the medium to long term.

Responsibilities

- Order Picking
- Order Packing
- Stock replenishment
- Stock counting/Stock taking
- Lifting/unloading Goods In
- Checking off Goods In deliveries
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
- Supporting other team members and other departments
- Processing returns
- Other duties as assigned

Person Specification

- Previous warehouse experience is essential (small to medium size business), including experience of lifting/manual handling
- IT literate and previous experience of software packages in an warehouse environment
- Ability to demonstrate a drive and willingness to succeed
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise tasks and communicate these with others
- Flexible approach to working hours when required
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Able to work in a tidy logical manner, meeting our objective of a 'clinically' clean and tidy warehouse
- Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to own transport

Working Hours

- 7.30am to 5.00pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Flexibility will be required to work overtime as the Business needs dictate
