BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - RETAIL FINANCE (B2B)
£25 - £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE c£35k to £60k pa)
This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious and talented Business Development Executive to join a successful Financial Technology (FinTech) business at a crucial stage in its exciting growth strategy.
Working with online retailers (e-commerce) across the UK, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio and driving substantial sales growth by forging strong relationships with key, online retailer clients.
As part of an evolving sales team, which benefits from superb administrative and lead generation support, you will be contacting "warm" clients to present, demonstrate and promote the company’s highly cost effective retail finance software and consumer finance facilites. Using your ability to engage effectively by telephone with senior-level decision makers, alongside closing sales contracts with clients, you will also provide online product demonstrations, arrange appropriate finance and take responsibility for after-sales support with your own accounts.
As this business provides online, technology-based finance services to the retail sector, candidates with experience of selling products or services to the retail sector, would be of great interest. However, candidates who have sold products or services in IT/technology, Payment Solutions or other financial services sectors will also be of interest. Equally, if you're a recent graduate with proven work experience in a sales related role and can demonstrate genuine passion and drive to generate oustanding results through a career in sales, we'd like to hear from you.
Essentially, we’re looking for individuals with real personality and drive, who wish to grow their careers with an exciting and progressive business, within a friendly, ambitious and supportive team of like-minded people.
Basic salary is between £20,000 to £30,000pa (depending on level of experience) with an uncapped commission structure, likely to earn you between £30,000 and £50,000 in the first year. Genuine opportunity for career advancement exists, including potential to move into a field sales role which carries enhanced remuneration and a company vehicle (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Lexus).
Situated just north of Newcastle-under-Lyme and about to move into larger premises to accommodate its growth through 2017, as up to 80% of the week requires office working, candidates living in the following areas are most likely to commute to the location with ease: Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stafford, Crewe, Cheadle, Congleton, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Northwich, Winsford, Market Drayton, Telford, Cannock, Lichfield, Burton-upon-Trent, Derby.
