I am currently seeking an experienced legal secretary to join a well established and growing law firm. This is a permanent role based in Birmingham. You will provide full secretarial support, including diary management, meeting and greeting clients, audio transcription, submitting searches and handling telephone queries from clients and/or third parties. General typing/correspondence and document work, alongside the preparation of legal forms where required.
To be successful in this role you must:
¿ Have around 3-5 year¿s legal secretary experience
¿ Operate independently and part of a team
¿ Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills
¿ This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to work proactively, coupled with a good client manner and technical competence.
¿ You will be able to organise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines
¿ You will be confident and have strong communication skills
¿ You will be professional, personable & detail orientated
¿ A CILEX qualification would be ideal but not essential.
