About the role:

We are a welcoming and friendly team in Leek and we're looking to add to our successful back office mortgage processing department. If you are a strong team player with great administration skills, a positive attitude and a meticulous attention to detail then we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will process mortgage application requests, identifying missing information and ensure they are compliant and meet regulatory standards. You will contact customers and brokers by phone, email and letter and provide outcomes of their application.Working as part of a supportive team, there is a fantastic 6 weeks training course where you will learn all the skills and knowledge you need to be a success in this role.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 6.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00am to 12.00pm.
