A good school in Birmingham are looking to recruit a PPA Primary Teacher. This is a fantastic role for a NQT who is looking to gain more experience prior to starting their NQT induction. If you feel you need more experience, more confidence and teaching a range of all primary year groups will benefit you, please apply to this role!

The work in all year groups will be planned. You will need to be able to deliver it in all year groups, giving you a good work life balance and real practice before you begin your induction year. All work will need to be marked at the end of the day. As well as experience in all year groups, you will gain people skills, the ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, be a problem solver and develop into the best teacher you can be.
