Customer Service Advisor £15,000 Birmingham City Centre
Our client, a market leader in their industry is seeking an experienced Customer Service advisor to join their friendly team.
- Responding to telephone calls from customers as appropriate
- Responding to emails and written correspondence as appropriate
- Alerting the Customer Service Manager of any serious complaints
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding customers records and sensitive information
- Ensure call logs and notes are updated and accurate
- Monitor all outstanding repairs liaising with manufactures, dispensers and customers. Ensuring our systems are up to date.
Previous customer service experience is essential for this role as is an excellent telephone manner and lots of enthusiasm.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 17.30pm
