Job Title: Customer Support Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our client, a forward thinking and progressive organisation at their fantastic office based locally in Stoke on Trent on a 6-month project as a Customer Support Administrator. We are seeking an individual that can demonstrate strong customer service skills as well as the ability to self-motivate and manage an important project.

Job Description:

Working within our client's technical support division, you will be contacting B2B customers to discuss pending software upgrades and manage them through a period of system downtime. You will be inputting information in to our clients CRM system; You will also manage and track the project using Microsoft Excel therefore strong IT skills are a must.

This role would suit an individual who is proactive, organised and who can build strong rapport with customers.

Candidate Requirements:

- You will have a strong background within customer service
- Strong administrative skills along with the ability to project manage
- Excellent IT ability - Microsoft Excel intermediate (formula's etc)
- You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage and self-motivate
- Highly effective communicator
- Sense of urgency with strong time management ability.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Salary: £16,000 - £17,000 pa

6 Month Fixed Term Contract
