Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Engineer for our prestigious client based in Cannock, Staffordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for development, maintenance and effective implementation of the plant Business Management System and support the roll out of the Business Systems strategic improvement plan.

Key Tasks:-
- control and the distribution of all the companies quality and environmental system related documentation.
- The maintenance and development of the companies quality and environmental management system documentation, including control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
- To support the development and implementation of new business systems, incorporating training, awareness, support and assessment.
- Coordinate internal audits in-line with the company internal audit schedule.
- Coordinate external audits
- Work effectively within various business units both in house and externally so as to improve the effectiveness of the developing processes.

Qualifications and Experience:-
- To be qualified to a minimum HNC Level in a Quality related discipline.
- Qualified as a minimum ISO14001 (Environmental) and ISO9001 (Quality) Lead Auditor.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in maintaining and developing Quality Business Systems in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of the approaches used to develop PFMEA , Control plans and standardised work documents.
- An understanding of internal audits and the role they play within the business

This is a permanent contract.

£39,000k to £42,000k per annum.

38 hours a week - Variable. Flexible approach to working as overtime and weekends will be required on occasions.
