We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst working for a local housing company. You will be responsible for the data integrity and accuracy of Estate Services databases and other relevant systems. To develop systems and produce timely performance and monitoring information reports and data for internal use and external returns.
Main duties for the Data Analyst:
To ensure that the Estate Services management information, resources database and other relevant databases and systems are updated on a regular basis and accessible to appropriate staff. To be responsible for checking the accuracy of the data held on these systems and provide analysis and reports to enable training needs to be identified.
To improve accuracy of data by reviewing the data provided, investigating anomalies and identifying and implementing appropriate actions to resolve the issues in the future. To include the creation of defined data collection and inputting systems.
To identify improvements to the Estate Services database and to make the changes to the system.
To develop and maintain systems to generate accurate costs to be used for service charges.
To develop reports to generate accurate management information, and reports which enable managers to assess performance, cost and productivity and benchmark against other organisations and support continuous improvement of the service to tenants and leaseholders.
