An IT Field Services Manager is required for a leading IT Solutions and Services company based at in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 technical Field Engineers. You will ensure that the field engineer resource is effectively planned, therefore ensuring efficiency and productivity is being maximised. You will be required to support your engineers with technical issues; therefore my client is looking for an individual that has a broad range of IT technical knowledge, combined with outstanding people management skills.

The IT Field Services Manager can expect to support the team to resolve technical queries, provide support alongside my clients internal technical and non-technical teams, liaise with external 3rd parties, staff training and development.

IT Field Services Manager Key Responsibilities…

• Managing a team of technical engineers and administrators

• Improving productivity and resource planning

• Operational management of the field services team is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Managing staff training and development needs

• Working alongside internal technical teams to resolve issues

• Providing technical support to our engineers

• Managing customer queries

• Managing and exceed customer SLA's

• Generating reports and provide feedback to management

• Reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies
