To support in the delivery of HR services, including the provision of strategic and tactical advice and solutions to Directors/Managers on the HR requirements and implications for the delivery of their business plans. Including specific project work, resolution of complex ER matters and delivery of HR related aspects for business change programmes.

A not-for-profit membership body based in Birmingham City Centre


  • Support in the delivery of the HR People Strategy with personal accountability for the delivery of specific projects

  • Provision of risk based advice on the people and ER implications of planned organisational projects
  • Support Directors on the development, implementation and evaluation of organisational design change programmes
  • Ensure the development of policies and procedures
  • Provide reports, trends and qualitative analysis on key people issues and metrics
  • Forge strong trusted relationships with a defined client base
  • Provide risk based advice and support to an agreed client base in dealing with ER cases
  • Drive and ensure compliance with equality and diversity policies
  • Identify critical business roles and develop strategies to ensure effective succession planning and career development with appropriate support from L&D colleagues.


  • Must have worked at Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner level
  • Must have strong case management skills
  • Must be able to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Must be able to make risk based decisions
  • Must be able to lead on projects
