Opportunity for an experienced Architectural technician to join a established practice in Warwickshire.
My client is a long standing, chartered practice working in the residential sector with a growing workload in the residential, care and retail sectors. They are an expanding team and have plans to move to a larger office in the City. With all Architects cooperated as members of RIBA and are fully committed to providing expert architectural services to the highest standards.

Role and responsibilities;
-Preparing and submitting planning & building regulations applications.
-Producing detailed technical drawings using the in-office drawing standards for building regulations applications and tender packages ranging from £150,000 to £25m. Reviewing and checking your own and others production information.
-Assisting lead architects in production of project specific drawing & supporting information.
-Managing and liaising with members of the design team including third parties
-Attending site meetings with clients, contractors to assist with queries and site progress. You will be prepared to take notes and report as required to record relevant information.
Minimum of 5 years experience
Good working knowledge of current UK building regulations
Sound communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience using Revit SketchUp and Photoshop would be advantageous but is not essential.
Good time management skills.
Ability to problem solve and critically analyse projects, raising issues with your project lead.
Full, preferably clean, driving licence with own transport.
Salary is entirely dependent on experience, attitude and ability.
