Following a period of growth and increase in customer orders, we are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our highly reputable client based in Tipton. This position is offered on a temporary ongoing basis working Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week).

Duties within this role will include;

- Provide admin and customer service support for the whole company
- First point of call for customers
- Responding to customer queries by phone and email
- General Administration
- Producing reports using Excel
- Data analysis

Suitable candidates will ideally possess the following;

- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent communication both verbally and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
- able to use initiative to deal with tricky queries
