Deb Recovery Paralegal - Litigated Matters

A renowned top tier full service national law firm is looking to add a Debt Recovery Fee Earner to its expanding Debt Recovery Team and be based at the firms' modern office in Birmingham city centre.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a firm that is immensely proud of having a transparent and collaborative culture throughout the entire organisation. The firm is very much a meritocracy and does not operate a traditional pyramid structure. Any attitudes of self-importance are most certainly frowned upon which is no doubt why the firm is the recipient of a number of awards including being ranked as one of the best law firms to work for.

The Debt Recovery Team deals with a number of banking and insolvency clients and so wishes to hear from a paralegal with a minimum of 12 months' debt recovery experience to include dealing with both litigated and pre-litigated contested and uncontested debt recovery matters in addition to having experience of a variety of enforcement processes.

You will be ambitious, a team player and have a desire to progress within the firm and enhance your technical knowledge and you will ideally have completed the LPC or the CILEX qualification, or be in the process of doing so. In return, the firm will provide significant investment in your development to enable you to become a well rounded litigator so that you cab progress to dealing with more complex and technically challenging matters.

A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package is on offer which includes 25 days' holiday with the option to buy more days, private health care, life assurance and an abundance of corporate discounts.

This is a great opportunity for those whose career is in its infancy and who want to gain experience at a top tier firm that can offer exposure to quality work so for more information on this Debt Recovery Paralegal role please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.
