We are looking for a receptionist that has previous reception or administrative experience to join our friendly team.

We are looking for the ideal candidate to provide an outstanding customer service and to ensure a welcoming environment to all visitors and callers. To provide a safe working environment for all employees and to provide the tools for them to effectively perform their roles. To maintain the front of house for all visitors to the site. To facilitate the use of the building by customers and employees

Other duties would include arranging and setting out buffets for events at Warwick (internal and external. Provide administrative support for any customer events on site. To manage all incoming and outgoing post and parcels. Manage and maintain the customer area making sure it is presentable at all times. To be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and distribute calls accordingly.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A supportive and empathetic nature with a strong proactive approach
Good working knowledge of all departmental procedures
Used to working in a fast-paced environment
Able to multi-task
Excellent organisational skills

The start date anticipated is Mid to end of august and salary is £18,000-£22,000 dependant on experience.
