I am recruiting for a Registered Staff Nurse to work in a warm and welcoming Nursing Home in Kidderminster. This is a unique opportunity for a registered nurse to further develop their career with a supportive and caring company that truly values their nurses. The role is part-time, (24hrs) working days on a rotational shift pattern and they are offering up to £16 p/h for the right candidate. As you look after their residents, they in turn will look after you. You must hold a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and have a legal right to work in the UK. The home will accept applications from both Registered General Nurses (RGNs) and Mental Health Nurses (RMNs). This home currently is seeking an enthusiastic, caring registered nurse to take responsibility for the well being of their residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met. The successful nurse will carry out assessments and develop individualised care plans for each of the residents. You will have a positive, flexible attitude and will adopt a person centred ethos, exhibiting empathy and a desire to make a difference in the lives the residents.

The Home, itself, is committed to providing care and compassion in a safe, secure but stimulating environment for up to 60 older adults living with Alzheimer's or other dementia-related illnesses. They also support adults with varying Physical Disabilities, including Head/ Brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinson's. Currently, this home is rated as 'Good' by CQC.
