Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised organisation to join their Head Office in Warwick to cover Maternity Leave from September for a minimum of 12 months.

As a Compliance and Regulatory Support Administrator you will undertake a variety of responsibilities:
-Telephone and email service and support to customers.
-Approval of social posts , adverts and all T&C's
-Management of the Field Watch system for the UK office jurisdiction
-Deal with complaints from authorities such as Trading Standards
-Label approval
-Ingredient reviews for future products
-Team member of EU regulatory group
-Sharing CRN technical advice to the companies regulatory team
-Website/product manual/brochure creation and management to ensure compliance
-Website T&C's
-Data protection (future)
*Product Enquiries
-Email service to customers for technical product questions
-Q&A's (part of EU regulatory group tasks)
-Health and quality complaints related to products

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a complaints and compliance environment. Must be able to work well under pressure and be dedicated to providing a high level of customer service and responding to an individuals needs.
