An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join a well-known Warwick based manufacturing company on a permanent basis.

The duties will include but are not be limited to:

• Taking responsibility for all company HR duties and assisting the Directors and Managing Directors with related Human Resources matters.
• Create control and maintain personnel records.
• Develop excellent working relationships with all staff members in order to secure trust.
• Process monthly payroll, P11D submissions and answer all related queries.
• Monitor Employee sickness or holidays.
• Keep up to date with current employment law alongside the company solicitor and ensure all contracts of employment and staff handbooks are updated accordingly.
• Provide full confidential personal Assistant services to the Managing Director and Directors.

The ideal candidate will be a personable, confident and approachable individual with at least 3 years' experience in a HR capacity dealing with a wide range of administration duties.

The salary for this position will be £33,000 per annum, 21 days' holiday (Plus Bank Holidays), private medical cover and company pension.
